1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 7 days of the delivery date, provided:

• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
• The item is accompanied by the original invoice/receipt
• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
• Gift cards and vouchers
• Perishable goods, food items, or consumables
• Customized or personalized products
• Items returned without original packaging or tags

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Hindustani Hub account
2. Go to My Orders and select the order you want to return
3. Click on "Return/Exchange" and select the item(s) and reason for return
4. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
5. Once approved, you will receive a pickup confirmation with scheduled pickup date
6. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it over to our delivery partner

4. Return Pickup

• We offer free pickup for returns from most serviceable pin codes
• If pickup is not available at your location, you may need to self-ship the item to our warehouse
• For self-shipped returns, we will reimburse shipping charges up to ₹100 upon submission of courier receipt
• Please use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with us

5. Quality Check

All returned items are subject to a quality check at our warehouse. The return will be approved or rejected based on the following:

• Approved: Item is unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging
• Rejected: Item shows signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing tags/packaging

If a return is rejected after quality check, the item will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned item passes our quality check, we will initiate a refund as follows:

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.)

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or color variants of the same product, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

• Follow the same return initiation process and select "Exchange" as the reason
• Specify the desired size/color in the request
• Exchange shipment will be dispatched once the original item is picked up and verified
• If the desired variant is unavailable, a full refund will be processed

8. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photographs of the damaged/wrong item and packaging
• We will arrange an immediate pickup and replacement or full refund at no additional cost
• Do not use or wash the damaged/wrong item
