1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed the same day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
• Processing time is typically 1–2 business days after order confirmation
• During sale events, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3–4 business days

3. Delivery Timelines

* Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Our Courier Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery:

• Delhivery
• Blue Dart
• DTDC
• Ekart Logistics
• India Post (for remote areas)
• Shadowfax

The courier partner is assigned based on your delivery location and product type.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS
• You can track your order by logging into your account under My Orders
• You can also track directly on the courier partner's website using the AWB/tracking number
• Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts
• If all attempts fail, the package will be held at the nearest courier facility for 5 days
• After 5 days, the package will be returned to our warehouse
• For returned packages, a re-delivery can be arranged upon payment of re-shipping charges
• If re-delivery is not requested within 15 days of return, a refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges
• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct when placing the order

7. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time
• Certain products may not be available for delivery to specific PIN codes due to courier limitations
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
• For addresses in restricted zones (military areas, border regions), additional documentation may be required

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery and inform the delivery executive immediately
• Take photographs of the damaged package before opening
• Report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs
• In case of a lost shipment, please contact us and we will raise a complaint with the courier partner and resolve within 7–10 business days
